BLIC fixture/ingame editor

Hey, could someone please make a BLIC fixture editor? I'd like to do a WC 1999 patch, but the cup was played in England not in SA and I'd need that kind of an editor. Please help me. :hpraise

Sorry to burst your bubble but it would require an .exe editor to do that.

As you know we've had many problems with the .exe and so all you can do is change the GUI - that's it I'm afraid.
