Champions League Thread (the dawn of time - 2014)

Does anyone know a website which gives GMT timings of all football matches?

Jose's manipulation of the media has been very good. By talking about his move to Madrid, it has taken the pressure off his players.

True but that is what Mourinho always do. Anyway, I'm going to tip Inter Milan to win 2-1.

I'll go for 1-0 Inter, but I'll be happy to see Bayern winning as I'm supporting them.

Yeaaaa Inter, great game. Once again Mourinho has played it perfectly and set up his tactics on spot. The way that Pandev and Eto defended was great, you dont see forwards doing that these days. Milito is a brilliant forwards, great year for him.

What the hell was Schweinsteiger doing in that game!? He was playing so far behind the rest that he barely had an effect on the game. Also, I know Robben gives Bayern that extra spark, but they relied on him way too much tonight. Whenever they ran out of ideas or couldn't break through the Inter defense, they just passed it to Robben, just out of blind hope.

All hail the Special One, Jose Mourinho. :hpraise Tactically, Mourinho got it right again. Let Bayern Munich have the ball, hit them on the break and expose their centre backs which they did it to perfection. Overall, I thought it was a decent game. Neither team created too many clear cut chances apart from Milito's two goals and Muller's chance early in the second half as far as I can remember. And in the end, Inter Milan deserved it. Bayern Munich just could not break them down.

Congrats Inter and from the looks of it, welcome Jose.

Yeah, looks like he will be there soon.

fearsome tweak Jose, the match wasn't won because of superb tactics, having a world class striker who took his chances was the little difference between the sides.

Delighted for Zanetti, getting to lift the trophy on his 700th appearance.

The man's a living legend!
