Fantastic win tonight. I hate to see us playing like we did in the first half, that just isn't us, but it doesn't matter I guess in away games. We got an excellent and well deserved 3 points. The state of their pitch was terrible. There'll be pitches in the Conference better than that. VDS was fantastic.

Nice bit of sporting play by Ronaldo after his goal. (See what I did there?)

Good victory for us especially in a place like Romania. I said Hleb could be a playmaker and he proved me right today. Good all-round performance by everyone. Ade was superb tonight. He did great as a target up front.

I don't know about that, Liverpool have conceded just 5 this season, 3 if you take away the carling cup which is what most united fans are doing which is the same as united. As you said we'll probably win 7-4 or something tonight.

Also Tevez looked good last night for once...Ronaldo's backheel goal was class :cool: but rooney is underachieving.

Take away the carling cup (it was effectively a different side) and united have conceded 1. That wasn't the defences fault either, it was a long range effort which should have been closed down by the midfield. Added to that is the fact we're lacking Neville and our defence has a real attacking threat (which hasn't been show yet but then the strikers have hardly shown attacking threat) Rooney broke his foot, he's hardly going to come back and be player of the month, and he scored, theres not much more you can ask for! Plus I can't believe sexy Ronny but his head I hope he's ok

I went last night, boy European nights are something different, it was a decent game, I thought we just about deserved to win, although they could have scored at the end there. Tevez was quality when he came on, that lads got commitment, Nani put a few good crosses in and Rooney took his goal brilliantly. Anyway, all that matters is that we've got 6 points and so will go through.

We conceded 1 against Pompey too Joe, sorry.

I think Ronny should be OK, just a cut I think, but it didn't look clever at the time.

Oh yeah, c'mon Valencia, Marseille and Celtic!!!
