Choose wisely! (A RNG Draft)

Ok, so first of all, I can't use the tags.

So, I think everyone here probably remembers the First Class RNG draft. That was probably the peak of the RNG drafts, both in scale... and in time it took me to run it. Seriously. I'm never doing another draft that takes me 90 minutes to run a round of.

However, with thanks to @Neptune for some criticism that led me in this direction and @Aislabie for his continued brainstorming assistance, I've come up with a better idea!

The Rules
1. Before every round, 2/3 games will be generated. (This will depend on the amount of signups, and additionally on whether a bunch of players are already selected from one of the games)
2. These three games will be posted publicly.
3. Everyone must DM me any player from any of the games as their selection for the round.
4. If they are the only person to pick that player... congratulations! You get them!
5. If anyone else picks the same player, you both get a totally random player after all the single players are taken out. You and someone else get Steve Smith from an early NSW game? You could end up with Burt Cockley instead. And there is the twist.
6. Format is One Day, as my last two drafts have been FC and T20, why not complete the set?
