Dusty pitch.

His 5th bowler is awesome.

Wright-phillips 3-1-2-0

Can't see my bowlers being able to defend this total especially since I rested my start opening bowling pair.
End of Over 26: 111-2, runrate=4.27
Wright-phillips 3-1-2-0
Weaver* 10 (19 balls)
Chavhanga 10 (19 balls)

Oh no. I'm under another spell! I see a wicket coming.

Chaudhury 4-0-14-0
Myall* 78 (84 balls)
Black 8 (17 balls)

Wow. Atleast you're not losing many wickets. That's good.

27.5 6 Farooq to Black
That was just brute force and ignorance from Black. I think we might read about a few UFO sightings in the local news tomorrow if he carries on playing like that.

Black just went whack!

End of Over 28: 133-3, runrate=4.75
Farooq 9-0-51-0
Black* 16 (20 balls)
Myall 80 (87 balls)
Last Wicket: Cohen c. Zeeshan b. Rizwanullah 6 (FOW: 87/3)

Good partnership here.

Well I have an extra long batting lineup so I wouldn't mind them speeding up. (Bat to 10)

End of Over 29: 118-2, runrate=4.07
Gallacher 8-1-35-1
Weaver* 13 (26 balls)
Chavhanga 14 (30 balls)

End of Over 30: 136-3, runrate=4.53

Need some bigger overs.

Well I have an extra long batting lineup so I wouldn't mind them speeding up. (Bat to 10)

Are they attacking, steady, defensive etc?

The oppositions spell has given him another wicket.

30.5 W Rizwanullah to Black
Out. A top edged pull shot is taken by Zeeshan diving to his left.

Good partnership of 61 there.

I need Bridges to stay with Myall.

End of Over 31: 138-4, runrate=4.45
Rizwanullah 6-0-16-3
Myall* 82 (94 balls)
Bridges 0 (1 balls)
Last Wicket: Black c. Zeeshan b. Rizwanullah 18 (FOW: 138/4)

End of Over 32: 142-4, runrate=4.44

Bridges* 0 (1 balls)
Myall 86 (100 balls)
Last Wicket: Black c. Zeeshan b. Rizwanullah 18 (FOW: 138/4)

Myall really slowing down as he edges towards a hundred at a snails pace.

Steady and Cautious but both usually score quickly. It's cause his spinners are awesome.

At last Wright-phillips is off and what do you know I start picking up the pace.

30.3 4 Gallacher to Chavhanga
Oh that's magnificent! Four runs through the covers.

31.1 4 Armstrong to Chavhanga
That one did not turn at all, and the batsman uses the width to stroke the ball to the boundary.

End of Over 34: 149-5, runrate=4.38
Inam 7-0-17-1
Myall* 88 (102 balls)
Charlton 0 (0 balls)
Last Wicket: Bridges b. Inam 5 (FOW: 149/5)
33.6 W Inam to Bridges
OUT! Easy as you like. It wasn't the best of shots from Bridges, but let's give the bowler some credit. He pushed that through a little bit quicker and he got his reward as the stumps went tumbling.

I'm screwed now. Charlton is now in. His highest score is only 10.And he's an allrounder!!!!

34.6 W Rizwanullah to Charlton
I don't think that hook shot went as planned because somehow it has ended up in the gloves of Mohmand.

And Charlton falls for a 3rd ball duck. I'm totally screwed now.

End of Over 35: 152-6, runrate=4.34
Rizwanullah 8-0-23-4
Myall* 91 (105 balls)
Caskey 0 (0 balls)
Last Wicket: Charlton c. Mohmand b. Rizwanullah 0 (FOW: 152/6)

Someone needs to teach Battrick batsman to hold the strike when a tail ender is batting.
35.1 1 Inam to Myall
Not fielded cleanly by Chaudhury. The batsmen get in for a single.

Thankfully Caskey didn't get out.

He does it again. Grrr.
36.1 1 Rizwanullah to Myall
Blocked into the leg side for a quick single.

Caskey gives the strike back. Straight away Myall gives it back to Caskey. And Caskey hits a six.

36.4 6 Rizwanullah to Caskey
Caskey didn't seem to like that ball, he's sent it packing and made the umpires get a new one.

Out next ball. You can never trust tailenders.

36.5 W Rizwanullah to Caskey
An edge, well taken by second slip.

End of Over 37: 163-7, runrate=4.41
Rizwanullah 9-0-31-5
Myall* 94 (108 balls)
Longrigg 0 (1 balls)
Last Wicket: Caskey c. Raza b. Rizwanullah 6 (FOW: 163/7)

Finally Wright-phillips has been taken to.

34.4 3 Wright-phillips to Chavhanga
Just guides it into the outfield. It won't go for four but they manage to pick up a handy three runs.
34.3 4 Wright-phillips to Chavhanga
Steered past a diving extra cover for four.

And some for Armstrong

35.6 4 Armstrong to Chavhanga
Flicked with finesse off Chavhanga's legs and deep fine leg has no chance.
35.5 3 Armstrong to Weaver
He whacked that one almost all the way to the long on boundary.

Not the best knock from Weaver.

37.3 W Armstrong to Weaver
Weaver has not picked that one from Armstrong. He tries to get forward but it's bat-pad and into the grateful hands of silly point.

39.2 W Inam to Longrigg
That is a texbook dismissal. Pitched up in the corridor of uncertainty by Inam with just enough movement to take the edge off Longrigg's tentative prod and that is a regulation catch for Mohmand.

Longrigg goes. I'm going to be all out in a couple of overs. Btw, Myall is on 99. Nearing is 2nd century.

Century for Myall! Brilliant innings under pressure! Time for him to step up the run rate.

40.1 2 Wise to Myall
Swung hard down to long on. There's a little fumble from Raza and they get a brace.
And that's a century for Myall! Well played indeed Sir!

Playing my cup match against a much better team and at the moment getting hammered.
End of Over 41: 262-2, runrate=6.39
Rahim 6-0-36-1
Gowshall* 124 (115 balls)
Rahim 11 (10 balls)

Last Wicket: Karthikeyan c. Ettienne b. Wajihullah 112 (FOW: 246/2)

And of my cup run today i thik

Myall finally doing the right thing. Holding the strike until the end of the over. Might be too little too late though now.

Then he gets a single on the 2nd ball of the next over. *sigh*

Another 50 for Chavhanganator
39.6 2 Armstrong to Chavhanga
Sweeps against the turn and gets a top edge past the diving short fine leg for two.
And that's his fifty! Well played.

What an over.

40.5 4 Zakauddin to Chavhanga
Shortish delivery outside off stump pulled to the mid wicket fence.
40.4 1 Zakauddin to Liddle
Chops it away but can't beat Gallacher, who holds the batsmen to a single.
40.3 6 Zakauddin to Liddle
He's gone for the big one...and gets it!

Lisbie goes out for 5.

41.6 W Chaudhury to Lisbie
The ball turns sharply out of the rough and Lisbie dollies up a simple catch to mid off.

Only a matter of minutes before I'm all out.

End of Over 42: 180-9, runrate=4.29
Chaudhury 6-0-21-1
Myall* 105 (124 balls)
Tahir 0 (0 balls)
Last Wicket: Lisbie c. Etheshamuddin b. Chaudhury 5 (FOW: 180/9)

Cmon Tahir, do your coach a favour and survive the final 2 balls of the over! JUST 2 BALLS!

Geez Tahir! You couldn't survive 2 balls! 2 Fricken balls! Not even one!

42.5 W Wise to Tahir
Tahir seemed to almost get out of the way of that. An absolute steam train of a delivery. It clipped his pads before going on to the stumps and although he's out, he'll be comforted that he can still feel his legs.

End of Over 43: 181-10, runrate=4.21
Wise 6-0-43-2
Myall* 106 (128 balls)

Terrible total after I was 3/136. I collapsed again and lost 7/45. *Sigh*
Why can't my team perform well all at once? Btw, Great innings from Myall. :clap

More punishment for Wright-phillips

41.6 4 Wright-phillips to Liddle
Streaky shot but they all count!

That guy again

42.3 4 Zakauddin to Chavhanga
If over 2000 years ago, the Greeks had stuck a Gray-Nichols in Achilles' hand, even he, the great warrior, couldn't have been any more destructive than Chavhanga was playing that shot. A killer blow for four!

42.6 4 Zakauddin to Chavhanga
Straight back over Zakauddin's head. That's a four all the way. No doubt about it.

End of Over 43: 202-3, runrate=4.70
Zakauddin 7-0-58-0
Liddle* 16 (20 balls)
Chavhanga 68 (70 balls)
Last Wicket: Weaver c. Chanderpaul b. Armstrong 24 (FOW: 164/3)

Lost my two big hitters cheaply :(
45.1 W Chanderpaul to Liddle
Hook, line and sinker! Chanderpaul tempts Liddle into fishing outside off stump, Lewis reeling in an ugly outside edge at slip.
45.3 W Chanderpaul to Rampaul
He's got a thick edge, and the ball carries through to Donaldson, who makes what could be his easiest catch of the day

Good thing Bradman is still there.
46.2 4 Zakauddin to Chavhanga
Worked it around to a vacant backward square leg boundary, well placed.
