If Pietersen plays to his talent then he should have a ODI batting average of over 50 and Test average of around 60. His been hit, that would've really hurt.

Do not ever bowl White again Ricky. PLEASE. I honestly can't believe people think that he is a genuine spin option for test cricket. He is a terrible bowler.

I'd rather have Richie Benaud bowling some leggies than Whites 90km/h medium pacers.

Don't play him as a specialist bowler that for sure! I'd rather have Clarke's part timers than White, infact time to give Clarke a ball next to his name cause if White can have one then Clarke should have one.

There goes KP he just didn't look the same after that blow from McGrath but he could have done some damage as a lot of injured players do.

I don't think you can ask much more from Pietersen. Allot of the best players can play with injuries but if you get a cricket ball in the ribs then it's a whole different kettle of a fish.

Well im suprised Enlgand managed to get 240, they should have only got 230 or somthing, but i guess Hayden and Gilchrist can get that 10 extra runs, my bold prediction : 0/241 off 35 overs!

Monty did brilliantly occupying the non-strikers end for four balls, backed up a long way and used his brains as well which is great to see. Dalrymple had a harsh call, Gilchrist wan't even appealing 100% and he is often a honest man. 240 is not bad but the pitch does look like a good one, the key is obviously early wickets, they need 2-3 by the 15th over and of course need to remove Hussey cheaply. It's 70-30 Australia atm.
