Unfortunately, only one can manage a team (it is to have thought on how to progress individually), so sorry for those who missed out. Schedule will be out pretty soon, and then the squad which a member will have total control of.

Before going to that, a quick look at how it works: The squad won't be from scratch, containing of local players who are on contract, so it's the best interest of yours whether to retain or release them. While releasing is part and par, you will be able to purchase new players, who are free agent. Overseas players will be out of contract from the start of the season, so not renewing the contract will result in releasing them.

If you have a proper budget for the players contract, and have remaining amount, you will be able to spend it on youth development, coaching as well as physio. These things will be explained in detail when the squad is posted.
