Not in increasing order or anything like that (just a quick note of whats coming to my mind at this moment)

Removing the limit of logos bats & stadiums in Academy (will make it so useful for everyone here to make variety of kits stadiums without worrying about space)

Improving Academy updating of teams & kits ( at present we have to individually select each team/kit from a users list ) If there could be a way to download all the listed results of a particular user at 1 go rather than 1 at a time...(famous creators on the academy have so many creations which list to almost 200+ which makes the updating task daunting & monotonous & on top of that the limited space)

Scenario modes & its shareability aspect (the creativity can be endless...This will take the already legendary game to a whole new level for us ..The scenarios can be out the countless ones in the history of the game which is simply amazing)

Deep career mode with realistic layoff (poor form) & injuries (changing batting orders depending of match situation) & also ability to unlock batting/bowling styles (may be even unlockable by career xp ) & ability to change player type from pure batsman/bowler to an alrounder (& vice versa) which increases the option to allocate the xp to other skills as well, since it is possible in reality as a player evolves....This can make the career modes really interesting to play in the long term rather than repetitive because at present once you select as a batsman/bowler & later if you feel the need to bowl/bat occasionally you have no option but to start a new career mode...The simple logic being if at present it is possible to change appearance & equipment infinitely, then why not the ability to change batting style & batsman type (which are actually possible in real life as a player evolves in his/her career)

New batting / bowling styles (i know it may be too late now but still some hope)

Better AI mentality while batting bowling & fielding

More options for camera angles (TV style) and also ability to tweak zoom & height of camera (like in FIFA)

Better square cut & square drive options depending on the bounce of the ball....At present there is only one square cut animation of delivery near the chest height...In case of spinners or a low bounce the ball simply passes far below the bat...Even in case of a backfoot square cut to a spinner the ball is usually at the waist level or sometimes even below it...I hope they can bring more options to hit such deliveries...

Better flick shot like in DBC 14

Better control over coming "down the wicket "
Currently we need to always premeditate by clicking RS....There should be an option to toggle it or exercise it so as to not make it premeditated...because the delivery may not be suitable to come down the track...Also the animation of down the track is standard irrespective of the line & length of the delivery...as a result many times even it the trigger of coming down the wicket is timed well the batsman simply cannot precisely come towards the pitch of the ball to be able to connect well...It rather hits his shoes or pads or simply misses to get bowled or stumped or plum Leg before...making it less motivating to come down the wicket & loft

Sorry for the long post

Thanks...

Thanx...
You made some great points in that post, I agree with everything you posted, I like to add more to the career mode like earning money so you can buy like better bats, pads, gloves etc (I know its too late but just hoping).

Not trying to sound negative but I feel like the game went backwards in many ways since DBC14.

However if the game is polished and worth playing I look forward to jumping into an 3 match ODI series and then a few test matches to see how the game plays out. Haven't decided which teams yet.

Also like to check out the edit mode see what's going on there.

Thanx @Dutch & admins , for moving it to the correct place... & Sorry for posting it at the wrong thread...

Must say... Big Ant have bottled it when it comes to marketing this game

I’m kind of starting to find this “marketing” bullshit kind of amusing... weirdly

I mean it’s not like they’ve stuck a few posters up around the Congo, or buried a few Easter eggs deep in the Sahara desert somewhere...

I mean it’s releasing at the start of a well known international tournament...

I mean it’s the World Cup is it not?

It’s called “cricket 19” not “ashes cricket 19” right?

Just to lob a speculation pie up to the batsman of hype, it is possible that they haven't set out a definite marketing strategy because they are awaiting a late licensing decision. Perhaps the licence for the world cup nations in imminent.

It would explain 'cricket 19' as opposed to 'ashes 19'.

Who knows.
