Cricket 19 General Discussion

Hey folks. Can anyone suggest a website where I can see what the pitch report was/conditions were for cricket games? i'm trying to play matches (for exanple today Namibia vs UAE), but I want to use the actual conditions? If that is possible at all? Seems like google does NOT know all. lol

It's similar to that backfoot punch through point shot..But you need that area to be free otherwise it would end up as an easy catch..The delivery should be goodish length at best and on 4th or 5th stump line , so cover the line with backfoot in between 5-6'o clock and play it along with slog trigger..

It doesn't come off all the time so practice..

I hope you are asking for the vertical bat shot one..If horizontal one then it's more easily done with Smith animation in the game with similar angle as above..

what's the standard control for playing scoop shot ??

Im getting only reverse sweep (slog) , i want to play scoop touch ! can u guys suggest the controls on standard controls?
 
Something I realized in career mode is that AI can score 2’s and 3’s very easy, even driving the ball just past the inner ring gives them very easy doubles. When I do the same with my controlled team I can only get singles. Also the AI fielders are much more responsive than the human controlled team. AI can cut the ball between any gap in the slips but when I try it I always get caught. Even the AI tailenders play into the smallest of gaps like they are high rated opening batsmen. T20 scores are realistic but 90% of the time the AI loses no more than 2 or 3 wickets. I did a test yesterday where I started a T20 league but simulated the first 8 games. Every single game had both teams only losing 1 or 2 wickets. Yes it happens in real life but not 90% of the games that are played. Hope BA can script it a bit better with the new game.

I feel the AI aiming for the gaps for 2s and 3s are really well done in this game especially at legend level the shot selection from AI was really impressive for me.. Tailender edging right in the slips gap is something thats acceptable I would say as its more genuine kind of edge and the ball isnt made to go in the gap rather logically it would be going that way, so in that regards I feel BA did a good job in this..

About T20s cant comment but I would suggest you to try out in legend with sliders not the default one.. Run rate slider is main one to see how AI plays.. As far as I have played it feels like higher the run rate more chance of wickets as AI plays more aggressively also scores faster hence lot more opportunities for wickets as well..

One thing which I feel AI is poor in is Short balls so thats an area exploited when bowling..

The game is still satisfying. I’m just trying to say that it is unfair that the AI can do things the human player can’t. The T20’s I have switched to legendary and custom sliders. Wicket chance at 65 and run rate at 80. Thanks for your reply and also thanks to BA for making the game awesome again.
