From what I can tell from how they patch the game, when they do at least, the game is hardcoded and thus any small change requires a complete teardown and repackaging of the game - hence why I think we only get a few hotfixes over the two years. So I wouldn't say "it can easily be coded", look at the throwing power of fielders over cricket 19's life span and what a gaff up that has been. Lets all just remember this is rumour and speculation about 'dlc', so lets just wait and see. Although, I personally see nothing of noteworthy news coming anytime soon.
