I think you are thinking of the ‘achievements/records’ thing. In the interview with Mike Merren, @passwordistaco asked him if there would be any sort of pop up etc to let us know about these types of things and Mike said that it will be done through the commentary, rather than an overlay

That sounds familiar. Happy to ignore it and turn off again then.

Do you mean, before any match, we can now pick and choose from 6 commentators and decide to whom we want to listen?

Its in audio settings to add commentary support of Mel, Healy & Alison. You can toggle on/off to these three.

Sounds cool, it's better to have options. I didn't hear Isha Guha's voice in any of the gameplay videos though. Is she even there?

2 days....thats how long I would play the game with commentary on. From day 3, I'll run my own commentary...but just in my mind. I love to play with field sounds and environmental sounds. Makes it a bit interesting.

Does any of you here have an issue with field presets AI use? Or is it just me.? Spinners and seam bowlers bowl a lot of overs with no enough cover in off side boundary. As a result I score a lot of boundaries on the off side which makes batting monotonous in C19. Haven't heard about any new field presets yet in c22. Anyone else feels the same?

I like the new bowling marker to select line & length, but does the user input affect this? If I select top of off, but mistime my jump and release, is the ball over/underpitched or missing my selected line?

Also, weird that I can't even pre order the game in the Xbox store since the release date change.

You can make presets yourself that AI can use

Hi is stats being tracked correctly. Can we see stats we have earned for each player like dbc 19?

Seems like one cannot opt for a bowling or batting style during start of career mode. I would imagine it's going to be something that one can get when he or she progresses down the line? Or you guys think they just missed them all together?

My obvious answer on a sober Sunday would be the day 1 patch.....

I really don't want to have a standard bowling style!!!!

I also thought this when I played it the other day, no option to choose anywhere so I assume it's going to be patched in?

A lot of talk here about commentary. Having played 22 i found i didnt enjoy commentary on too much and more enjoyed the atmosphere with the barmy army singing in the corner. It would be better in my opinion in test match commentary if the commentators just chatted and told stories etc with the occasional "here comes X bowling to X, and its blocked away". Then it goes back to a story or something they were talking about
Obviously would get a bit repetitive but commentary on a cricket game especially for test matches is so hard to replicate

Yeh your right. Abit similar to ea cricket commentary and Brian Lara cricket and international cricket. All these games had great commentators like mark Nicholas, Ian bishop, Ian ward I think. They talked about stuff during the matches and when something happened like a wicket or a shot. They would leave that all aside

Can someone show that option on the settings? A screenshot? Would be nice to see what you can actually do to do with the commentary.
