Cricket 24 - General Discussion

I've made a few attempts to get in to playing again recently.

I'm increasingly convinced that there's some sort of RNG that determines what kind of gameplay you get every time you start a play session. Like, you can be having a pretty good match, save, come back a few hours later or the next day, and you are playing an entirely different match. If you're batting, the bowling lines will be completely different, frequency of wides/no-balls completely different etc.

If you're bowling, it will be the batsman's mentality/approach, chance/wicket frequency etc.

It's really odd. I can't think why they would do this, but I'm becoming certain that it's true. At the very least, the match settings/difficulty are randomly changing each time you load.

Fast bowling styles 6 , 12 , 14 .. are these generic or belong to some real players?

I have had it where the settings or sliders don’t work after loading back In.

But never heard of the other stuff. AI will have different bowling tactics that can change throughout an innings though.
