I did notice that Australia1 (or whatever it was) changed to Melbourne Stadium, but didn't have the option to change it...not sure if that's new or not

@MattW, Why don't you add 7zip file for 0.99b version, if it's a full setup of CA.
I've compressed 507 MB setup file to only 333 MB using 7zip.

Of all the teams, these are the only unique stadiums set in the greyed out segment. I really hope there's more than this in the game.
