I've had email saying the mouse might be an issue for some people - is it the frame rate or an issue with mouse position updates?

Frame rate i am sure. I was navigating using keyboard the whole time and the beta is pretty slow to react.

Best way to describe it would be watching a film with someone pressing pause, play, pause, play, pause, play..............................
I'm pretty sure it's my PC spec. It runs the sims 2 for my daughter fine. So I was surprised it didn't work for a simple editor program.

there is an error saying "an error has occurred whilst communicating with the server. (HTTP_ERROR:0x00002EFD)

I am getting same problem too. I think it runs with 5-6 fps. My System config is -

AMD Phenom II X4 945 3 Ghz
NVIDIA GeForce 7025 / NVIDIA nForce 630a (in-built)
2 GB RAM DDR3

Ok for anyone having problems with frame rate. Adjust your resolution. I set it to 1024x760 and its ok now.
And my reward for turning on the pc after such along time?
171 updates when I shut the system down. D'OH!!!!

You know your PC is crap when it still lags as well on 640x480 resolution even with game booster running and Tune-Up Utilities set on Turbo mode.

I'm going to try again once the last 40 out of 171 updates have installed!
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that some of these updates might help out. But I'm guessing it doesn't work like that. The brief look I did get though wetted my appetite even more for this game. Have all but no interest in ashes 2013 anymore.

For career stats, there are no options for one days and tests...unless i am completely missing it.

I feel that will be it. Don't you think because of the lack of licenses, as well as option for creating teams, there might not be anything such as "international".
probably even in the career mode, we might see emergence as a first class player.

I'm using a controller for editing in CA. Suggest everyone to do so, works great for editing.
