Spain recorded their first win in the first of three one-day internationals against Argentina. After a nervy start which saw Spain lose 2 wickets in the first 2 overs, star batsmen Aguado(55) and De Gracia(99) battled well and the hosts posted a competitive 242 all out. De Gracia had batted superbly at almost a run a ball until falling caught and bowled and will be highly disappointed not to have recorded his first international century.
Argentina came in to bat and were blown away by the controlled swing bowling of Mesquita(26-5). Only 2 batsmen got into double figures and Argentina were all out for a dismal 81.
Spain will be delighted with this memorable victory and will hope to carry this momentum into the second match.

A MAJOR COLLAPSE FROM THE BATTING LINE LEFT ARGENTINA HANGING, HIGH AND DRY - CAPTAIN ARGENTINA, UMAR KHAN

Cricket Argentina started their tour against Spain in a horrendous way. Argentina won the toss and elected to bowl first, after conceding a modest total of 242, Argentina was bowled out for 81 while trying to chase that target. The captain of the team, Umar Khan, admits that some wrong decision cost them the match. The players were feeling really nervous playing in front of a huge Palma crowd that chanted 'Espana' during the entire match.

Spain's premier fast bowler, Alberto Mesquita making changes to the field as He prepares to bowl the first ball of Argentina's innings to Oscar Williams.​

Argentina's first one-day international of the summer was one of the matches to forget, as soon as possible. Argentina played half of the match quite decently, bowling tight lines and bowling on variable lengths. Which helped them to restrict Spain to 242. But the other half, their batting, was just horrifically bad. Two wickets in the very first over of the innings rattled Argentina. Argentina's final score was 81/10.

Alberto Mesquita bowled the spell of his life. This pitch seemed to have helped him in more than just a single way. He picked 5 wickets for 26 runs in his spell of 7.0 overs. Rodas de Gracia was Spain's hero with the bat as He scored a scintillating 99. He was unlucky to have missed his well-deserved century by a single run. He was caught and bowled by Axel Mesa in the 37th over as He was trying to chip the ball over the his head for a single.

Pakistan win the first test match in their tour against the Host.Germany won the toss and elected to bat first, the host were all out in the 2nd Day morning of the test match on 297 with Fabian Frenzel, Jorn Welser and Wendelin Kessler were the top scorer for Germany and Uthmaa Jamal took 4 wickets for Pakistan.In reply Pakistan were also All-out at the total of 210 with Syed Saleh scored a Fifty for Pakistan and Reichen Bach took 4 wickets for Germany.The match was still on the 3rd Day, but the Host were wrapped up at the total of 189, Uthmaa Jamal once again was the Star for Pakistan picking up 5 wicket haul in his second innings.Uthmaa Jamal finished with 9 Wickets in the Match.
