New patch (v2.856):

- fixed offers to show the correct values for your team's skill
- fixed crash when transfering players across teams at the end of a season
- fixed bug where medium-fast and fast-medium were swopped in career mode (cause of loss of pace bug)
- fixed game speed bug (not slowing down properly)
- fixed model importer to smooth out animations
- fixed another instance of clouds updating during modal popups
- fixed bug where sometimes a not out decision would be incorrectly given out for lbw referrals
- fixed ambient occlusion on models

@Allrounder18: this patch should resolve your crash
 
Something wierd happend , when I choose REFUSE to the other teams offer I get to the t20 tournament screen with SAF teams in it , (My team was Zimbabwean) and there is no user control team in it and when I click the Career button in main screen the game crashes with this report

- fixed bowling speeds to be along these lines: Fast bowling - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
- removed debug code where you're always offered a contract at better teams
- fixed moving teams during career mode
- when refusing to move, CPU players will still move if offered
- fixed crash when using low quality shadows (you should move to high quality ones though, the speed difference is minimal and it looks much better)
- fixed some weird anomalies with bottom edges
- tweaked animation speed for batsman body hits

@Allrounder18: I've attached your saved game with the bowling speeds fixed. I see you're bowling at 148 clicks. Nice :)

Actually the max I could clock was 128k not 148k , I think bowling speeds were fine it just the pace losing bug that was troublesome , at junior level FAST BOWLER max speed should still be 140k it would be gr8 if you start as a medium pacer clocking in 120ks and in 5 year time there should be a possibility that you turn in to a 150ks fearsome bowler if you train and perform well over the years same applies for ai bowlers , BTW training effect is directly related to performance right? I-e if you perform well the skills gains through training will be higher?
 
I think you should do a little modification on strength skill improvement , first of all it should be heavily based on performance and less on training , for eg if you set the weight training to 2 bars all through out the season and your bowler bowls exceptionally well then he should add up to 4ks of speed in one season so potentially in 3 season he can add up to 12ks but the chances of happening that are very slim but seeing mitchel starc adding 12k in 3 season it is entirely (although rare) possible.
 
Not sure about that change - why would doing well in matches result in your bowling speed increasing? Strength is built in the gym, stamina is built in playing. Also remember 2 things:

1. you start off as a teenager so you still need to build mature muscle
2. setting strength training to 2 points is not enough to build muscle quickly - 1 point means maintain (you do just enough to maintain your strength), 2 points means minor gains. you need to pump points into weights if you want to build strength quickly

I was talking from a AI players perspective , hardly see them gaining speed more than 1ks per season which is too low.
It would be gr8 if you compete with your team mates on who can become a faster bowler in few seasons.
