OK - so what features would you like for the manager mode, guys?

- train & assign stats like you currently do for career mode
- assign salaries to players
- need to balance books? get takings from matches, go into too much debt - game over?
- choose lineups and batting order
- recruit players from other teams at end of season (possibly have an auction system for T20?)
- deal with players leaving your team at end of season (will cause a regen of a similar kind of player)
- your team can get promoted to higher league

That about sum it up?

I think we should only control the training aspects the skill gains through level up and assigning stats should be auto , I think regen quality and types should be based on your ACADEMY infrastructure , which can include things TRAINING FOCUS (Batsmen , Spin Bowlers , Fast Bowlers) Higher the spendings better the quality of regen.

I think single Auction should be there every season for every format not just T20.

I think before auction every team should get a chance to renew their players contract(majority of players should renew their contract though) thus leave the non contracted players to the auction tab ,. Also no player should move to non available leagues as this will remove them from the game , it will be very annoying if league best players gets vanished from the game.
 
OD scores are b/w 175 to 245 consistently , I think there should be frequent 300+ scores on batting wkts (50 all pitch) and some ( rare though) less than 150 scores too on 75+ all pitches.

In otherwords OD scores need to be increase by 10% on avg but also there should be some less than 150 scores as well , wkts fallen in each innings is now spot on.
 
In OD Fast sim notouts are still on high side resulting in inflated batting averages also there is massive lack of 100s scored in OD season , (infact there was none when I sim the entire OD season) , this 100s issue is also applicable to T20 sim as well
 
Also I think your pitch settings might be messing with the simulation. I simulated 3 ODI matches from one of your older saves and there were 2 hundreds scored, with the highest inning total being 419/4 (lol - pitch had near 0 for all stats and the opposing team was REALLY weak).

EDIT: I can't cater for extreme cases of pitch conditions (as a rule rather than the exception) as this shouldn't be the norm.
 
Still can't sim the FC games using fresh un=edited pitch.bdb file , is it due to the fact that I am on 64 bit operating system or some threading issues? I have i3 3120m processor with 4 threads If I am not wrong.
 
Ok manage to get FC sim working ,(using freshly installed game) but it get freezed when every team has played 3 or 4 games , BTW FC results are not realistic (havent edited the pitch settings) its like 500 in 1st innings , 400 in 2nd innings and less than 150 in 3 and 4th innings when the deterioration setting is NORMAL.
