Cricket Leagues - Announcements

With my BBL nearing an end, I thought that this would be a good idea to pursue:

After the failure of Champions League Twenty20, ICC has created a brand new concept involving franchise-based clubs from all over the World in a more competitive Twenty20 cricket tournament. The tournament involves an auction system with no restrictions over teams. It's a true festival of cricket!
Just start it after my exams...

I'd like to run a domestic T20 league after mid March. Right now I don't have any ideas regarding the country or region as base to run the league. I was thinking to host an Indian league but while Raghu is doing one, I won't bother myself doing another. I hope some fellow members would come with some good ideas. That would be appreciated.

Edit: Also please be specific regarding the format of tournament, if you could.

Could you continue the Oceanasia Test Championship?

How about an all-rounder league? All the players are all-rounders with the exception of the wicket-keeper (of course) each player bowls 2 overs.
You'll have the worlds best all-rounders against one another all of them batting & bowling with a couple of star wicket-keepers like AB De Villiers, Mccullum & Dhoni. Add a couple of legends in like Jacques Kallis, Flintoff & Lance Klusener to spice things up.

Question is : Will you be able to sim the matches with 10 bowlers per side in a T20 format?

I'll certainly think about you both's suggestions. Thanks.

Update on Oceaniasia: I'll see if it could be resumed. 0% chance of happening it now since I won't be active longer enough once I get done with WT20C.

P.S I won't be completely inactive I will login twice a day for a couple of minutes if get time.

Could I make a suggestion? Don't choose CS15 this time. Go for Cricket Heroes instead. I guess you too must have got sicken of spinners facing lack of wickets, those wonderful chases (soft as snow), and sometimes... batsman being stumped against a pace bowler!
