Well, it makes it more realistic. Why would a competition involving domestic teams from SA, NZ, Aus, and England be held in India, WI, or USA?

Or how about each team playing their home game at their local ground?
Like Melbourne United at the MCG and Manchester Cricket Club at Old Trafford.
There will be a lot of travelling to do this way but using private jets will help like in case of pro-wrestlers :sarcasm
