You can if you're the manager of one of the top two teams in the selected leagues.

Here are the teams who have qualified thus far. I'll probably keep it to four leagues, two teams from each.

APL - Gold Coast Crusaders (AkshayS), Sydney Stallions (CG123)
AfPL - Bloemfontein Bucks (Chewie), Durban Bulldogs (-D-S-B-)
NZPL - Waikato Warriors (Chewie), Wellington Thunderbolts (bcvstheworld)
IPL - Chennai Comets (Dipak), Delhi Warriors (tarun87)

Look at that tarun, you're Delhi's manager.

I was thinking of using the same format in CL3. Two groups of 4, playing each other home and away, meaning each team would get 6 games. But I was thinking also of letting the home side choose the pitch condition. Lemme know what you think.

I confirm the two AFPL teams, btw last time it was held in AUS/NZ i think. So we need another Host nation I vote for South Africa.

I'll need someone to manage one of my team, not sure which one I want to keep at the moment though.

You should try and list all the clashes and then try and arrange the groups such that they are minimised. The clashes are quite annoying really

Haha. It'll be between South Africa and India. I like South Africa so it may very well be hosted there.

Yea, I'll do that. I'm just collecting the squads now and seeing where the clashes are. Not sure if Callum will manage his team considering he's running NZPL. I'll have to ask all the managers and see if they're still on board.

He's done it in the past so I don't see why he wouldn't.

I found it quite helpful to do all the ratings in excel first, so I could order the players how I felt they should be rated then gave them rankings based on that.

Yep, Chennai have qualified. You're only allowed to manage one team sadly.

Thanks. Clashes are inevitable. I'm going through the squad lists now and I'll try to group them in such a way that player clashes are kept to a minimum. Home nations will have priority over players from that country.

NZPL teams confirmed, and of-course I'll be managing my APL team.

Awesome. All that's left to do is finish rating players, sort out clashes (there are quite a few) confirm all managers for teams and organize graphics. Chewie will have to pick a team and select someone else to look after the other.

After ratings are done, I'll run a few test games to make sure ratings are all good and if all goes to plan, expect this to kick off sometime next week.
