Yeah , Binnu's looks fine to me for it was the first one to be started among the 4 . What about the other 3 being almost based on the same principle ??

Where there's consumer demand for IPL-style leagues here, people will always be willing to supply them, to get into the market.

I don't mind allowing these IPLs to start up so long as there's demand for them and they are of a satisfactory nature.

It's not perfectly competitive but it's close. Perfect competition is perfection and is basically impossible. Over the internet is probably the closest you can get.
