I said a ban wasn't necessary as well, and it was a bit over the top, but I guess more senior staff members thought otherwise.

In the end it should just be for a couple of days, more or less just pointing out that some of his language wasn't appropriate.

Try quoting one of the posts that have a table in them. I learnt it this way.

Like Bilal said, just quote the post where the table is that you want to copy.
Or like Biggy said just do a table not on PC, like with Excel.
