Cricket Leagues - Feedback and Suggestions

I have been researching on a concept from past three-four weeks. I have derived ideas from different games and formats and have done a good amount of paperwork on conceptualizing a new league-kind-of thing. This will involve money, mathematics, strategy, planning and introduce a league concept where there might be no fixation on the number of teams. This 'new' base has been implemented by a couple of league managers here on PC but the concept I have in mind currently will be very different. I would like to know what people actually think about this (from what I have revealed so far) and with some amount of positive inputs, I shall be materializing this league in a week.

we tried a CL T20 but not happens in reality... in your idea of CL, is necessary to use real teams...

If yes then NatWest t20 blast would require 18 active managers!

Not necessarily, for example the NatWest t20 blast can have less teams, as long as there is a winner that progresses to T20 Champions League 2017.

Not all simultaneously, over the next year. We don't have to do all the domestic Twenty20 leagues, just some. Let's face it, the Cricket League section will more than likely have Twenty20 leagues next year, right? We might as well organise a joined venture that ultimately have one team taking the ultimate Title?
