Taking Secret Bids for Round 1
The only criteria is maximum of 3 Million can be used in secret bidding. This 3 Million has to come from your balance amount. Unutilised money in the secret bidding will be return back to you. Note: Legend Players will be rated higher than other players. But use your own wisdom in going for players.

Rules for submitting the secret bid:
1. Secret bid will be sent across to me by the managers through Personal Messages (not visitor messages).
2. The PM should contain the player they are bidding and their respective bidding amounts.
3. Manager has to send the PM for one round starting from round 1, there will be separte secret bids for each round.
4. The deadline for submitting the secret bids would be 24 hrs from the time, a round begins.
5. Please keep your manager/co-manager in the conversation.

Rules for Secret bid
1. If the bid amount is up to $100,000, then the bid amount should be in the multiples of 10,000 example
(50k,60k,...,100k)
2. If the bid amount is between 100,000 and 1,000,000 then the bid amount should be in the multiples of 50,000 example (150k,200k,250k,300k,…..1000k)
3. If the bid amount is greater than 1,000,000 then the bid amount should be in the multiples of 0.1 million example (1 mil, 1.1, 1.2, … etc.)
4. If more than one team bid for a player for the same amount, then the team which sends their bid at the earliest will get that player.
5. Minimum Bid Amount for any player is $50,000
6. If Team bid a player higher than his base price, but other not shown interest in him, than that player will sold to base price.

You can implement this rule for next season... If Team bid a player higher than his base price, but other not shown interest in him, than that player will sold to base price... By adding this rule, Team can save some money, if they are only biders...

Say for example on a 500k base price player.

Team A bids 600k.
Team B bids 1.1m.

How much does Team B get him for? By the above comment I assume 1.1m as they are not the only bidder? Not like an ebay system then when you bid the most you are willing to pay.

ANNOUNCEMENT​

Hobert Cricket Club is back to the league with a brand new Manager, no one knows him till now and what plans he has for the club which was abandoned for one season. Lets go ahead and see what he has got to say about this.

@NaviN GandhI : " First I would like to thank @arun_8 for this opportunity and other managers supporting me around, Its always nice to have friends in the opposition. Has of my plans for the club I have taken two major decisions.

First Change, Moving forward Hobert Cricket Club base will be moved to Kolkata (India),has I believe team will have lot of motivation there due to the passion of cricket around the locals. Since we are moving to India I have decided to change the name of
the club and considering the requirement of fan base I have changed the name to something which will attract the locals. Yes moving forward Hobert will be know has "Atletico de Kolkata" and below you will be able to see the new logo.

Second change, considering the financial requirement I have decided to release few player, It is sad to see the players leave but the decision is based on the welfare of the team and I have to do what I have to do.
