Glen Maxwell was bought for a hefty price in season 1 and was released in subsequent season.
Lets see what happens this season.

Yes, we now have the best bowler ever and the best bowling allrounder produced by WI at the international level. Maco and Ambrose in tandem. Wow! That would have made a better sight that watching my favorite Holding bowling in tandem with the great man. 2.3m might seem a hefty fee but we would have paid more if required for the man. There has always been one Maco!

Yes, we are also confused about the above rumors and we are here with the Manager Navin the clarify the issue, let see what he has to say about this...

Navin Gandhi : " I can confirm the fans out there that it is not a rumor and we have officially signed @Aravind., league head @arun_8 has also been informed about this. We are lucky to have an experienced manager like Aravind by our side, In the first season of CM2K15 he lead his team to a successful third place. All his experience and talent will come in handy for the team management. Moving forward any major decision will be taken by both of us together.

Regarding the Eden Garden has our home ground, we haven't signed it off yet but discussion regarding this is being taken place, It will always be nice to have a home ground which is favored by the locals. Will let the fans know once it is finalized."

Well that's not bad 1.5 out of 2? So the information about Manager Aravind has been officially announced and to know about the home ground and future update stay tuned with "Atlético de Kolkata" Fan Tweets.

Javed Miandad sets the new record and he becomes the highest paid player now.
There were only two bids for Miandad, Mumbai Indians have paid a very high price for him considering the fact that second highest bid was at his base price of 1 million.
Hyderabad Hurricanes and Durban Dolphins are doing great in this secret bidding.

In Season 1 Maxwell went for around 1.5 million and going by that figures Maxwell was a steal for Atletico at $50,000.

Trading Rules:

A player can be sold up to thrice his worth of the original Purchase price. But he cannot sold less than his purchase price.

For example: KKR bought Kapil Dev for 1 Million. He can be sold up to 3 Million but cannot be sold for less than 1 Million. Lets say KKR sells Kapil Dev for 1.6 Million to Durban. Here Durban needs to pay 1.6 Million but KKR will get only $600,000. The remaining 1 million will go to the player. If KKR sells Kapil Dev for 1 million then they will not get any money and the entire 1 million goes to the player.

In nutshell a team which is selling a player can get only the difference amount between Purchase price and Selling price.

1. If the Sale amount is up to $100,000, then it should be in the multiples of 10,000 example (50k,60k,...,100k)

2. If the Sale amount is between 100,000 and 1,000,000 then it should be in the multiples of 50,000 example (150k,200k,250k,300k,…..1000k)

3. If the sale amount is greater than 1,000,000 then the it should be in the multiples of 0.1 million example (1 mil, 1.1, 1.2, … etc.)

Important Rule:
There is a very high possibility that after posting the trade in the thread the other party may not honor the trade. For example if you agreed to sell a player for 500,000 and after posting in the thread someone may say I will give you 600,000. To avoid all these confusions trade should be confirmed in PM (conversation) keeping all the managers including me.
You just need to keep me for confirmation and not during negotiation/discussion.

I repeat trade should not be posted in the thread before getting confirmation.

@Samuels @themusketeer @SamP @swacker @Ali. @Fenil @NaviN GandhI @Aravind. @Na Maloom Afraad @X Factor @Raghu @Umair2000 @Sami Kumar @swirler @Yonga @LFC @sathishsky @Mr Nokkaya @Prithvi [DOUBLEPOST=1435222187][/DOUBLEPOST]There was not a single bid for Anil kumble. 1 million for Anil Kumle would have been another steal but all the ten teams missed it.

Stephen Fleming - Lahore Lions - 500,000 (bid for 950,000 only one bidder)
at least we got one decent purchase...
