Note Andy Lloyd is the only Test player who has opened an innings never to have been dismissed

A simple one anyone can answer that.

Name an unfortunate UAE batsman in World Cup 1996, playing a match against South Africa? What was the incident?

Sultan Zarawani was struck on the head by a Donald bouncer. Poor guy did not have the helmet on. :(

Well, according to the scorecard he didn't retire hurt...out for a 7 ball duck...

just imagine Shailesh in what pain the batsman would had been after he got struck with a fast Donald bouncer without any helmet ...........fortunately there was no serious damage

someone ask a hard question now :D

Its my turn to ask the question now.

Bhausaheb Nimbalkar was on 443* in a first class match with one day's play still left to play. At that time Bradman's 452* was the top score in a first class match. Bhausaheb Nimbalkar did not bat on the final day. What was the reason??

the opposing teams captain decided to concede the match and thus Maharashtra won so Bhausaheb Nimbalkar remained not out on 443

Nope...

it is close though, the opposite captain walked off the ground..so that their team doesn't get this kind of record against their name.
