Pakistan became an ICC Member in 1953, but played their first tests in 1952.
South Africa were kicked out of the ICC in 1961, but continued to play tests until 1970.
They are the only countries to play official test matches whilst not being a member of the ICC. (Excluding the time before the ICC was formed, of course)
