Well since no one is actually putting forth a question and just threatening that they will, lol... heres a few questions.

The other one, think of one of the minnow countries. It was still a ODI, so that may narrow things down for you.

Well by the way, here's something interesting.... if anyone has the latest Wisden they may be able to answer.. I was looking at the Wisden article on CricInfo and they mention something about a batsman facing three different appeals off the same delivery! I can guess LBW and caught at the same time, what may be the third? Maybe handled the ball or obstructing the field?
