I think with two bounces it's still a legal delivery. Anymore then two and its a no ball

2 bounces is allowed, and if the batsman plays it he can be caught out, it happened to DeVilliers against Bangladesh.

Oh okay, and what in those cases when the ball just doesn't bounce, or at least sticks so low to the ground it seems it didn't bounce?

I think that is a dead ball, and if that happens a lot they should probably abandon the match due to the pitch.

We can still make runs of Dead ball (which doesn't bounce). But will it be given out if the player caught the ball which batsman hit of dead ball?

I'm pretty sure nothing can happen with a dead ball. The ball is just rebowled.
Nothing can happen once a dead ball has been called.

No, lost ball and the ball gets replaced.
A dead ball is called generally as something is stopping fair play between the two sides. For example, the ball stopping dead in the track.
Will the batsmen be out bowled if say he smashes a straight drive and it rebounds off the stumps and rolls back down the pitch and hits the stumps?
Also, Is it out caught if the batsmen hits the non-strikers stumps or the umpire on the full and it ricochets to a fieldsmen who catch's it, out or not?
