Crusaders' bowlers made a match out of nothing and dragged the game to the very last ball, but the Highlanders managed to sneak over the line

That's the end of the game and Highlanders wrap up a massive victory winning by 6 wickets. Crusaders was never in the game but that is more down to Highlanders's excellent performance than it was the former's poor effort. The bowlers were probably licking their lips when they saw the pitch today - the pitch was very sporting, to say the least. All of the disciplines benefited greatly throughout the day. These two teams were fairly evenly matched so it was tough to predict the outcome. That being said Highlanders proved to be the stronger in the end and snatched victory.

Finals, here we come. Fantastic stuff from our spinners and they deserve all the praise. They were 83 in 10 and we gave only 65 runs in last 10, which was absolute brilliance. Our openers started pretty well as they have been throughout the tournament. I still don't know what happened in those last 3 overs and Klusner was making sure we lose it

but thank god Hussey did it. Overall a decent performance.

What a finish! A nail-biter to the very end. Well played to both teams, but in the end, there can be only one winner. Chiefs will breathe a sigh of relief after today's match and will be hoping to be more authoritative in the next one. The bowlers were probably licking their lips when they saw the pitch today - the pitch was very sporting, to say the least. All of the disciplines benefited greatly throughout the day. These two teams were fairly evenly matched so it was tough to predict the outcome. That being said Chiefs proved to be the stronger in the end and snatched victory.
