My review and poll is about the game. I don't have a private relationship with Bigant to make assertions about them. All I know is that I am a customer who paid for a game and the product is not even worth 10% of the outlay, and the fault lies with the developers.

You made that statement. It's objectively incorrect. Just because Big Ant haven't personally responded to your content, does not mean they are not taking action.

Only time will tell what action they are taking. I would be surprised if their patch goes beyond fixing the basic issues like crashes and getting community content.

Simple questions to ascertain their credibility and how much hope we can have...how did they manage the following things?

1. Completely break a game that was working decently in DBC 14.
2. Not realize (or did they) that their game had so many game breaking issues (which was evident to most people within 2-3 hours).
3. If they did realize that these issues existed...do they not have an iota of professionalism before releasing a game in such a state?

So you have two options:

1) Continue running around crying like a baby about how Big Ant haven't replied to one random oak on a public forum (not even a BA official forum) and shouting out how because people agree with your review (which says that the game is underpar which is what 90% everyone thinks, including fanboys) you are the god of whatever (I honestly don't even know what you're trying to prove with those statistics) and Big Ant must kneel before you offering a complete up-to-the-minute plan on how and when they are fixing the known issues.

OR

2) Give constructive criticism and wait for the patch before proceeding to do the first option.

The first patch for sure will focus more on crashes but I do expect subsequent patch(es) to address gameplay concerns, specifically batting, AI fielding and stats.
