The Square Drive is also nowhere to be seen , but on the Wagon Wheel you wont notice as the Cut to Point masks that .

But then again , that is a whole new discussion on its own :)

My biggest Bugbear is the totally haywire and lacklustre fielding .

We could have a whole new thread dedicated to that mind you .

That was discussed a few pages back. It's not the only weird shot selection the game does, just the most unusual looking. Like the cover drive though, I, and others, have seen the square drive done by the AI. It seems that the biggest issue isn't the shots in the game, but rather, how the controls translate to these shots. The big positive there is it means that it's something that should be able to be fixed, rather than outright missing content that would need to be made from scratch.

My own biggest bugbear is that you can basically hit the same length time and time again with no effort, there's no randomness added to the length, nor is timing having any significant effect on it.

At least with the fielding it's better than the superfielders seen early in DBC 14, particularly bowlers on their own bowling. Of course, the wicket keepers can do some ridiculous stuff on this version of DBC 17 when they're close to the stumps, and spinners are still near superhuman off their own bowling, but hopefully that will get fixed. At least you can play straight against seamers now.

One of them is on the floor it's...

Yes, Rally Monkey time!!!!

OMG I love that monkey. I still have thundersticks and a soft-toy of him from 2002/3!

Kittens, puppies, rally monkeys... No, just a rotund lady warming her tonsils. We may have reached the event horizon![DOUBLEPOST=1484091058][/DOUBLEPOST]
The best part of this has been the dog and cat wagon wheels. Hope Big Ant implement something along these lines for the next patch.
And now a rally monkey, what a treat.

What is a Rally monkey.....are you using something?

I'm always high as a kite.

No, it's a mascot that home teams use to attempt to raise the spirits of their players. In this instance the monkey was used by the LA Angels in the 2002 world series (Baseball).

My idea of cute would be….black widows, snakes, scorpions and and wolves n owls. Yesh! Big eyes a smile.

Drugs? Are certainly not cheap. In my experience there more a social gathering. I personally, highly doubt that anyone would be under the influence, then go visit a forum of any kind. Examples, a line of coke in the toilets on a night out. A weed party, usually we bake pot brownies then laugh at crazy shit, ooh munchies. Alcohol, I’ve posted drunk more times than I care to remember. Yes, so what don’t exactly see Planet Cricket as the workplace. Would you look now, I’ve gone off topic, again.

DBC 17. As a customer I’m very happy and satisfied with my purchase. At no point have I felt ripped off. So we got some sado moaning about 50 quid yet they can afford plane tickets! How gormless of you….No the game to me is not broken! Will gladly sit there quite content playing on my career. Now, right will even go to the extent of saying don’t care if another patch arrives. Just am very grateful for the opportunity.

My new flat screen has arrived. 4k cricket, I’m so excited oh yes I am. Hope I don’t drop the thing, well we will see……

Am I not friendly enough for a 'Sado'?:lol

By the way, I am scared that you may throw your trinket at me.....and without the trinket your dreams may be shattered....so I won't step out of anything.
