I am thinkig of trying mods but i am not able to locate DBCtexture.zip where is it by the was i am using DBC14 Ca 1.00

you have to download the dbc 14 demo via steam its version will be 1.000m or so, then only you will get dbc_textures.zip

Just so I've got this in my head correctly, you actually can modify the colours of the template you create inside the academy, rather than beforehand in photoshop?

Correct. In PS, you need to keep everything as Red, Blue, Green and Black. The Academy picks up these 4 colours, and then you can customise those 4 colours via the colour picker in the Academy.

Okay, well that's slightly easier than I originally thought and actually, kinda cool. Going to take a look at this over the weekend, hopefully have something sooner than later.

Is there any chance of getting models for previewing (similar to O edit or 3ds models in cricket 07) because every time we need to enter and exit Dbc14 which actually kills time and finally get fedup when we dont get the results or designes right...

Very kind of you, this is a bit more of a laborious type of modding so there will be a learning curve and I may just leave it to others at this point until the tools are a little more user friendly. Going to try an NZ kit though shortly...

It's not particularly expensive - it's a $200 graphics card in a 4 year old PC. Just the problem is laptops get outdated extremely quickly when it comes to games - you need to spend a lot to even get close, and you need to keep replacing them pretty much every two years to keep them able to play new games.

Would really suggest people just spend $500 on a simple desktop build, and then hide it in a cupboard somewhere and use Steam's in home streaming if they want to play on a laptop.
