Death...

well i just don't wanna know when im gonna die , i want to have a quick suprizing death....

Like get shot in both knees, then both elbows, then chop both or feet off, followed by both your legs, followed by your head. ;)

Wait, that's not quick, that's long but surprising.

You dont have to die! Cheat!

I wonder if stem cell research on humans were allowed if they would be able to create the same person again , and i wonder if that person would have the same personallity ( and even be the exact same person in thought??? )

Reincarnation is something that I reckon people want to believe in because it means they get another crack at life once they are done. I'd like it to be true too, but it's unlikely. Oh well, guess I'll find out in another 40-80 years (hopefully not less)

I don't really want to live to be a crippled old man who can't do a thing and has to get people do do everything for me.
That would be no quality of life and i'm sure no life would be better than one of such bad quality.

It's distressing to see anyone in a state where they want to do something but are not in the health to do it, it's not something I want to happen to me.

I agree with you id rather life a shorter life than not being able to care for myself....

I don't believe in religion of any kind so I don't believe in heaven and hell or reincarnation. We just die. I like Madman don't want to live to the point where I'm seriously ill and everyday is a struggle, I'd rather kill myself, and I will do if that ever happens to me. I'm not scared of death itself, i'm just scared of dying in specific ways.

I feel sorry for people who kill themsevles..

like emos/sucide bombers/geeks etc..

Three quotes from Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead.

-----

Rosencrantz: Do you think Death could possibly be a boat?

Guildenstern: No, no, no... Death is not. Death isn't. Take my meaning? Death is the ultimate negative. Not-being. You can't not be on a boat.

Rosencrantz: I've frequently not been on boats.

Guildenstern: No, no... What you've been is not on boats.

-----

Rosencrantz: Whatever became of the moment when one first knew about death? There must have been one. A moment. In childhood. When it first occurred to you that you don't go on forever. Must have been shattering, steeped into one's memory. And yet, I can't remember it.

-----

Rosencrantz: Do you ever think of yourself as actually dead, lying in a box with a lid on it?

Guildenstern: No.

Rosencrantz: Nor do I, really... It's silly to be depressed by it. I mean one thinks of it like being alive in a box, one keeps forgetting to take into account the fact that one is dead... which should make all the difference... shouldn't it? I mean, you'd never know you were in a box, would you? It would be just like being asleep in a box. Not that I'd like to sleep in a box, mind you, not without any air -- you'd wake up dead, for a start, and then where would you be? Apart from inside a box. That's the bit I don't like, frankly. That's why I don't think of it...

(Guildenstern stirs restlessly, pulling his cloak round him.)

Because you'd be helpless, wouldn't you? Stuffed in a box like that, I mean you'd be in there for ever. Even taking into account that fact that you're dead, it isn't a pleasant thought. Especially if you're dead, really... ask yourself, if I asked you straight off -- I'm going to stuff you in this box now, would you rather be alive or dead? Naturally, you'd prefer to be alive. Life in a box is better than no life at all. I expect. You'd have a chance at least. You could lie there thinking -- well, at least I'm not dead! In a minute someone's going to bang on the lid and tell me to come out. (Banging the floor with his fists.) "Hey you, whatsyername! Come out of there!"

Why would you be scared of death? The only thing to be fearful of is dying painfully.

Just imagine when you're asleep and you'll never wake up, that's death.

I can't wait til I die to be honest.

There is more pain in life then good and whenever good happens, something bad will eventually happen that overshadows the good anyway.

Wouldn't you rather die then see someone you really love die before you?

Nice creative idea bro...But People have tried that...
As this is my profession I know that you can create same person again..
Intresting thing is that Person again will live like same as he has lived in past life..
For Example In this life at 10 years hes IQ is 90%
then for again in this life at 10 years he will get IO of 90%..
All the Human parts and Characteristic remains same...

Only thing which he/she lost is Memory...They can't remember their past life...

Now After these all Why Cloning is not allowed well,,,If you tried 100 stem cells to create person may be hardly you will get 2-3 normal baby..Remaining all will come with Genetic defects..Some of that defects only you can know after 2 or 3 years of age???

So its so ricky...

More or less in our Lab unofficially people come to get special type of child with test tube baby..We used to develop 10-12 fetus from them...And If they are lucky they can have one normal child which they intended.. But Its still cost so much(I don't know,Only my chief knows) and its against Law...

Can anyone remember when the first came to know what is death? I can't. And on topic, I am scared of death which may also imply I don't want death now.

Nobody wants to die Shreyas..All Mentally Balance people afraid of death..
