What does the Aussie menu look like?

One of the problems I have noticed so far is the length I can play a back foot straight drive to. The last picture I attached was where I could play my backfoot straight drive and at times I was getting 4s for it. This was playing on normal. When I was playing a front foot shot I was getting cleaned bowled due to being too late. So in this negative there is a positive from the fact you have more time to play your shots on the back foot which reflects real life. But I am really worried about the ability to play a back foot shot to that length I showed.

Flintoff looks a bit like Bopara (I mean his facial features). Looks like a lot of work needs to be done by the facemakers...

Well at least I was getting bowled out by the yorker when on the back foot. Don't know if it was the sticky key thing but after holding down shift for a few balls it defaults to backfoot and I no longer have the front foot. Will have to test this out more tomorrow (well today after I wake up).

Edit: Probably did have sticky key on for shift.

No, you can still have your weight on your back foot and hit a yorker length ball.

just played my first game....and man....i've never had to face so many controls in any game EVER !!! its like so many keys for a single shot you get confused what to do LOL !!

hahahaha...thats more like he went on his front-foot...saw the yorker...
transferred his weight on to the backfoot and hit a cracking straight drive past the bowler !

One thing, I am not convinced by the edges. I'm sure it isn't helped by this format, but as of now, I don't like them.

Here is my review after 10+ games.

Batting
Looks so good but it looks kinda scripted instead natural (it could be only me) and some shots are a bit unrealistic I will rate it 7/10.

Bowling
More enjoyable than batting for me once in a cloud cover with green top the ball was swinging/seaming quite realistically and I am quite good at containing the AI (although yet to get a proper wicket) and 3 out of 5 times I am able to restrict AI for less than 20 runs) Although the speeds are a bit slow and looks unrealistic at times when sync animations dont work properly so over all I will rate it 9/10.

Fielding
Quite good but the fielders react a bit toooooo late after catching the bowl which take out a lot of fun from the game and add to that pathetic irresponsive Aggers although the gameplay wise fielding is quite good so I will rate it 7/10

Atmosphere/Graphics
The game has the best atmosphere to offer I enjoyed the demo in AI v AI mode in which ENg won by 1 run (Ponting was on strike req 6 runs to win and he hit a magnificent on drive for four off flintoff) all the in game affects and cut scene are perfect I will rate it 10/10.

playable on 1280x720 on medium with shadows/sfx off
funny thing is have to turn crowd off because sound skips even with no lag

Agreed. The edges are the only thing that need a great deal of work, but I don't see it being fixed in a patch. Still, Transmissions have a great foundation to build on!

Fancy having a shot at a football (soccer) game, Transmission? EA and Konami need some competition, especially on PC since EA consider the PC an inferior machine.
