Well your 'master debater' comment certainly isn't helping matters. If that's the kind of 'debate' this thread is degenerating into, then I'd rather someone came along and locked the thread.

Lock the thread by all means. But surely by locking the thread, it will curtail any further debate....which is what intrinsically a forum is for.

So we've had a thread about a question that could have been asked in one of the other threads that we have; followed by a page of people either getting annoyed by a factual answer or by someone saying "master debater", which is tame compared to a fair few other posts. There is a line that things need to get to before we step in, and I personally think that is not over that line, and that others have said a lot worse.

In conclusion, everyone should be quiet, and this is an awful thread that should have finished at post 2.
