No, sorry, they have to be the main overseas player of one of the counties or a Kolpak player in one of the counties. It's the same for everyone, Chewie couldn't choose Shaun Tait. Also, it's an 18 man squad in total, with 14 doms, 2 RIs and 2 Internationals, so you will have to drop a squad player if you want a second RI.
