As for the manager thing, I reckon we should make it that once everyone who wants to has nominated for it (you're only equal now, btw Giggity), we'll conduct a poll, and because I'm extremely neutral on the situation as I'm not going for it, you can send your votes to me, in the form of positive reps. You most certainly can. He is average. Fair enough putting him in though. Swap me with giggity, give him a chance opening. He's got a hard act to follow though, because I was pumping out 12s almost every week.
