At least in this game, they've lost their usual roles. Usually spinners have the advantage that the batting side is trying to bat a long time and not overcommit. Instead, they've been brought on late after the quicks have done the damage, when the teams are looking to make quick runs. I often think that teams get a bit lost against lower order batting because they aren't prepared to switch to one-day mode. A lot of Test bowling is about convincing the batsmen to play, but when they need no convincing the fielding side needs to consider the potential effect and adjust accordingly.
