England In India - October 2011/12

Well done, Dhoni. Respect. :clap

That said, I find the Enlglish commentators a bit amusing. Funny how the same bunch of people question the spirit of cricket now, whilst they were completely fine when their team was involved in a similar act before.

Rahulkhush, Tendulkar's 99 not out about to go to his hundred hundredth, you telling me you'd be agreeing with him being out if this occurred to him?

This reminds of Inzi who was always admant ball handling laws were confusing :lol:lol

India can now think of a draw.

That was a nice gesture from Dhoni and Indian team. England are all set for a lead of around 300 and the match seems to be gone out of India's hand and with the amount of days left, series might as well be out of India's reach. :facepalm

I love the tangle Harsha and Ravi have got themselves into :D

Harsha now saying MSD has made a statement and if everyone played like this, it would be a beautiful game. Not more than 15 minutes ago he was claiming that the decision was correct, bad sportsmanship or not.

None. I'm being honest. I'm sure us Indians would have taken this place by a storm if that was the case.

We would have but at least realized its within the rules. The ball was legally in play and would have dealt with it.
We have before, haven't we?

@User2010: Dude, NO! I would have said Tendulkar was wrong. I might have initially bitched about all this happening to Tendulkar, but I am not that blind a fanatic to say that Tendulkar cant do a thing wrong.

I've had a quick look at the laws, but I haven't seen anything about this - does anyone know what they say?

Bleeding runs here India. Poor bowling, poor body language, lack luster effort.

The quicks are tired and Bhajji's left the field injured. Bah. So Bhajji has scored 0 runs and barely bowled for no wickets. Might as well have played Munaf and let Yuvi and Raina do the spin bowling. They pretty much are already.

Ravi wants confirmation if MSD overturned it or the umpires forced the overturning. What a twat.

Ha ha!

Did you guys hear Athers still moaning about it just now in the background? He was clearly heard off mic saying 'it was given out, it should've stayed out'.

:lol :lol

It was legal, I admit. It was just not in the spirit. It wasn't as if Bell was running to get an extra run. He was just getting at the other end.

The applause for Bell's ton well outweighed the applause for Dravid's ton.

What? Only that? Rubbish!

Ravi Shastri has thrown everything away in a matter of an hour!
