England in West Indies

no no. thats a carib beer X1. they were bowled out for 129. thats not the original west indies team playing.

England ODI Squad

Michael Vaughan (Yorkshire, capt), James Anderson (Lancashire), Gareth Batty (Worcestershire), Ian Blackwell (Somerset), Rikki Clarke (Surrey), Paul Collingwood (Durham), Andrew Flintoff (Lancashire), Ashley Giles (Warwickshire), Darren Gough (Essex), Stephen Harmison (Durham), James Kirtley (Sussex), Anthony McGrath (Yorkshire), Chris Read (Nottinghamshire), Andrew Strauss (Middlesex), Marcus Trescothick (Somerset)

I see Fidel Edwards is back for Windies tomorrow to make it an all Barbados pace attack. Should liven things up a little, what with hordes of the barmy army flying in too.
I think the Windies will come out fighting in this one, what with a new manager and Lara, Sarwan and Chanderpaul under pressure to perform. Ganga's back too.
Looking forward to it!

probable squad for 3rd Test

West Indies (probable): 1 Chris Gayle, 2 Daren Ganga, 3 Ramnaresh Sarwan, 4 Brian Lara (capt), 5 Shivnarine Chanderpaul, 6 Dwayne Smith, 7 Ridley Jacobs (wk), 8 Tino Best, 9 Pedro Collins, 10 Corey Collymore, 11 Fidel Edwards.

England 1 Marcus Trescothick, 2 Michael Vaughan (capt), 3 Mark Butcher, 4 Nasser Hussain, 5 Graham Thorpe, 6 Andrew Flintoff, 7 Chris Read (wk), 8 Ashley Giles, 9 Matthew Hoggard, 10 Simon Jones, 11 Stephen Harmison.

Holly cow. West Indies have made a major change to line up in need of form they have bought back Clive LLoyd, Viv Richards, Courtney walsh and Sobers.

Oh wait is aprils fools they wish..................................

well like mcgrath once joked about how england would get tired of loosing to the baggy greens and finally pose a challenge. i think the windies will surprise us too :)

England 1st Inning 20/1

England trail by 204 runs with 9 wickets remaining in the 1st innings

At long last - Andrew Flintoff completes his first five-wicket haul to give England the upper hand in Barbados

Great to see Flintoff finally getting the five for that he deserves.

It was just a one man show today

What a game this is turning out to be, roll on tommorow! :)

Might actually be a match this time unless West Indies lose the plot again.

Sad to see Lara not providing any real form.

At the beginning of the tour he said he was in better form than the early 90's.

That means the rest of the world truely sucked or he had some great luck on his side.
