I'd probably go Wood instead of Atkinson and Carse would definitely bat above Archer, Rashid and Wood.This is the lineup I'd pick for England in Champions Trophy (based on the current squad):

If I was to go with an opener instead of Salt I'd probably go with Jamie Smith. Outside option would be Brook or Buttler then you could get Bethell in the middle order.
Not sure if Bethell would get in the side, unless they want a third spinner and in that case I'd probably have him at 6 or 7. You could probably squeeze Bethell in instead of a 4th seam bowler.
