England tour of Pakistan - 7 T20Is, 3 Tests

So Keaton is back and I guess England want to figure out if Livingstone or Jacks is the next Moeen Ali.

Livingstone's last first class match was September 2021.
They’re betting on dead pitches, so tactic seems to be reverse swing, Leach, and Livingstone/Jacks' aggressive batting

My starting XI and squad would be

Shan Masood
Abdullah Shafique
Azhar Ali
Babar Azam :c:
Fawad Alam
Mohammad Rizwan :wk:
Mohammad Nawaz / Faheem Ashraf
Zafar Gohar
Naseem Shah
Haris Rauf
Abrar Ahmed

Mohammad Nawaz / Faheem Ashraf
Agha Salman
Saud Shakeel
Abbas / Dahani / any pacer doing well in domestic

Shocked at Fawad Alam being dropped.
Yes, Saud Shakeel and Salman Agha deserve their chance, but i would have kept him in the squad at least.
Even more shocking is Nauman Ali ahead of Zafar Gohar

Zafar was batting pretty well in the County Championship too.

Fawad must be one of the unluckiest cricketers, unless there's some other reason for why he's had so few chances. Unbelievable record, has a couple of poor matches and is gone. Although he's not had a good season, but his standards (only averaging 47 :lol).

His technique has always been a burden for him. They saw the slightest hint that he could struggle against high pace versus Australia, and dumped him one series later. Despite the fact that he made a 4th innings hundred with his back to the wall in NZ, and dominated at home against Rabada, Nortje and Ngidi.
