England tour of South Africa 09/10

If you'd of given us a 1-1 draw before the series I would have bitten your hand off so 1 up going into the last test is brilliant.

Can't wait until the final test should be epic.

I've sampled most highs, be it legal or otherwise. But nothing will beat the feeling of watching that final hour of test match cricket.

That was bloudy amazing! What a series, what a game! What teams. That was incredible!

Get in, I've been pacing up and down the office at work for the last half an hour but can now finally relax. Only been able to follow it on cricinfo but what another great test match.

Who says test match cricket is dead!! :banana2

Even if we won there it was again left for far too late. Both matches should not have reached tea on the 5th day. Bad coaching/captaincy.

Please, please, please, don't be the flat pitch you normally are, Johannesburg.

What it comes down to with Bell is do you trust him to get stuck in when times are tough?
Is he ever going to help you save a match in the second innings or is he the kid that snarls "yeah" once his bigger mates have already started something?

I just clicked on this thread and saw this post. Seems like a good one to bring up right now!

I must say this about the English though; if they continue to be able to draw matches they should have lost, they are in for some real world beating prospects.

Colin, eat those words.

Also, my prediction on this wicket being flat and staying flat, resulting in a draw, was right. Just!

Morkel made it look a bit excessively difficult in the end. In the context of the match, the last ball was an abomination. In general he could have made Onions fend the ball off more than he did, but for the last ball it was especially obvious after he'd done exactly that the ball before.
