Australia tour of South Africa, 2008/09

South Africa have decided to rest Botha. Good news for us:happy:happy:happy

JP and van der merwe still destroyed you in the middle overs.

The score is decent but its not intimidating at wanderers, if we bat like we can we will get the score.

Well it wasn't the deadly quicker balls like last time, it was more like deadly long hops and legside balls. I don't know if the pitch lost pace as the innings wore on, but it was certainly a capitulation for which little excuse could be offered.

Ponting's captaincy has been utter rubbish in these recent months

This is great cricket of South Africa. They've got a chance of humiliating Australia even more by chasing a 300+ runs target and that possibly by 9 wickets.

What's happening here? One hour ago South Africa were actually winning. De Villiers is out now and the match is practically over.

Australia are going to win this. They should be happy about it. I believe, they will be ranked second after this match.

Well done to aus. The middle order just never got going. Lost too many wickets at crucial times and now one went through. But we won the games that mattered and stay number 1.

Yes, but if Pakistan beat Australia 3-2, they will be back to #3

If Pakistan beat Australia 5-0, they will go to #4, and Pakistan will be right behind India at #3

So another important series coming up

Not for long :) enjoy the little time you have :p

Just came back from the Wanderers. What a catch bye Lauglin, it was brilliant day in the field for him. Once again, Streakers invade cricket games, was quite funny though.
Well done to the Aussies, bowled well in the middle overs, and there death bowling was good enough. Ntini capped off the series in the best was possible, smashing Johnson straight back over his head for six.
