Woah! That was close!
Great batting by the team, we needed a solid performance from the top 4 in a tough chase and boy they gave us that. Pretty pleased with the form of the batsmen they have been going around strongly. The bowling was a bit patchy but they didnt let them off the hook. The idea of playing two specialist spinners, didnt backfire but neither was it a success.

Pretty pleased with the depth of my squad as well. Prior is yet to get a game, and Blackwell and Tremlett would have played a bigger part if they were any other team.

Aye Nottinghams, Flinty pwned you​

Andrew Flintoff after a legendary show​

Andrew Flintoff is a legend and he proved it with a legendary performance against Nottingham Outlaws here in Nottingham today. That was the most legendary performance by any player in whole EPL.

Flintoff first came up with an unbeated 94 of 79 deliveries to take MCC to a big score and then ripped through the Nottingham lineup picking up 7 wickets for 38 runs. That proves he is a legend.

Nottinghams were surely not happy with the defeat and came up with some tweaking comments about our players like of Yuvraj singh who was called most overrated by BRUMBRUM Hedger after the match. Ofcourse Yuvi turned the match around with his 77.

Talking about bowling, that was excellent on a excellent pitch, just couldn't think anything better than this.

MCC was off to a poor start when there two guns Haddin and the great Morgan were out just in first 3 overs. But after that Bopara and Yuvraj tried to settle things down. But Bopara was soon trapped by a great delivery from Swann. After that Yuvi with JPD shared the best partnership of match with 81 of 93 deliveries. After Yuvraj departed, The legend of the game came on the crease and took MCC home with a marvellous 94 of 79. That innings has been registered as one of the greatest of all time for MCC.

Coming to bowling, the story was clear Flintoff gave Nottinghams a poor start and they were never able to come back in the match after the early blows. Flintoff was just as marvellous as the kohinoor diamond. Broad and Johnston and Sidebottom supported him well in the match.

Akshay commented,"Do I need to say anything? This man is a legend, it's enough said about him. Yuvraj was great and fixed his position in the team, Sarwan seems to be a bit of problem with his sloppy knocks. Many players still need to pull something out of their asses if we have to win the EPL. Still this is going really really superb. Party tonight. Extra 5 chicks to Flintoff. He just pwned the nottinghams to give use 5 in 5. Great guy and captain, narvellous."

Taylor and Hauritz were both poor as our two INT bowlers, Guptill fails yet again.
Both times we've versed them 3 out of 4 of our INT have failed, hence why we've lost.
I'll be making some changes for our next match.
