sorry. you don't have any experience in leagues and this is one of the biggest leagues in which we only need 8 managers and the best have been chosen pretty much.

You'll probably be allowed to sign up in this league. it's a guy starting their first league. Just stay in that league for a while until it stops or you've finished a few seasons just to get some experience. Just ask to join and you should be allowed to.
