I know managing an auction is tough work Sartaj, but I think you have got a good bunch of managers, so it shouldnt be that problematic

I agree with Bilal, good managers works good with auctions.

In Auctions you have a complete control over your choices. Whereas in Drafts there is no meaning of sitting on PC whole day or coming at a time when it is not comfortable for you, everybody have problems with the timing, some might be having holidays which will ensure that they will be more active. etc etc.
