In a major development,Nottingham Outlaws have signed EPL legend Umair Nazim (Umair2000) as the head coach for an undisclosed amount to work alongside former Nottingham Outlaw Stephen Fleming under whose leadership the club produced it's best cricketers.
Insiders report that the club's been trying to reach out to Umair since the controversial sacking of Callum Gray but it was only today that both the parties could come to terms financially, thanks to Matt Coles, who is believed to have played a significant role in the development.
In a major development, Stephen Fleming has stated his desire to return to Durham, where he led them to EPL championship glory in season's three and four. Fleming struggled in his first season at Nottingham, as a host of players failed to live up to their pre-season promise. The signing of Umair Nazim at Nottingham is believed to be behind some of his discomfort, with manager Sartaj looking for a lot of change and Fleming not having a certain future. Durham are looking to get Fleming a release from his Nottingham contract, so he can take-up his place at their helm for a sixth season. Durham's current coach Andrew Flintoff has only been signed for the pre-season, so they will have no problem bringing in Fleming if a release is granted.
