OOC information: I am playing as Essex on 4-star difficulty with no patches installed.

Today marks the start of the 2007/2008 county season. It may be the most open chellenge for years as everyone could win everything. One of the shock signings of this year has been Jonny Ryman as the new boss of Essex. Here are his words.

Jonny Ryman: It's a pleasure to be the new essex boss. We were 3rd in the Liverpol and Victoria league last year and we aim to the stars. We also hope to regain our strangle hold on the Pro 40 league. And the 20-20 cup. I have always supported Essex and we have a bright future going.

An ok first 20 overs, a nice amount of runs although could have used not to lose that early wicket of W.Jefferson.

2 more wickets lost. This is even now.

60 overs in.


More like it, as the big men pile on the runs.

80 Overs in

Centuries for the men holding this team together.

100 Overs in.

Finally Flower is gone for 87, a valiant effort.

120 Overs in.

100 for Cook is looking iminannt.

140 Overs in.

Cook gets his 100 and Foster with a half century is in form too.
DECLARE FOR 342

Northhamptonshire 1st innings.

Fast scoreing by Northhamptonshire, but out in only 48 overs.

Essex 2nd innings.

After 20 Overs.

Disaster as Flower and Chopra and gone for less than 10.

After 40 Overs.

Phew Jefferson to the resque.

After 60 Overs.

Cook and Jefferson get Half Centuries.

After 80 Overs.

Jefferson's Out.

After 100 Overs.

Cook and Flower do it again, Cook with a century, Flower with a Half.

DECLARED FOR 266.

Unfortunatly I lost our final standings. We WERE 242-5 AFTER 50 OVERS.

don't worry great presentation perhaps go into more depth what exactly happened

No prbs mate, and have some suggestions,

1) while posting scorecards, its enough if u post the final scorecard!

eg: In ODIs, its enough if its posted in end of 50 overs
In tests, after one innings or after one day!

2) No prbs if u forget the ingame screenies, it will look more attractive to post ingame screenies.. if u have not taken, try posting some real time pictures from google or cric info for the batsman who have played well or bowler who have played well!

eg: for eg, McCullum getting a 50, u can try finding a rral picture of hitting a shot or celbrating his 50 with the Caption like " McCullum's Amazing 50! " above the image!

Similar way goes for bowlers too like celbrating the wicket!

3) If u are comfortable, try using colors or font options like bold and center allignment options etc and its also possible to preview using "preview" button!


But all are just my suggestions.... Its upto ur comfortness! Whichever way u are comfortable!
